At Milliard Diamond Concierge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- An email with tracking will be sent once the items are shipped out.
- Customer is responsible for receiving the items. Please note that a signature is REQUIRED upon delivery.
- If customer is not present for delivery after multiple days, the package will be returned to us, and the customer is responsible for charges to ship it back.
- Milliard Diamond Concierge is not responsible for expedited return shipping.
- All items have a 4-6 week delivery time, unless otherwise stated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Milliard Diamond Concierge is not responsible for the payment of international import duties. Customers/recipient of the shipment are responsible for fee payment: i.e., taxes, customs duties and fees levied “Import Fees” by the destination country. Import Fees are varied by country and product. The recipient of the shipment in the destination country is responsible for all Import Fees.
The recipient authorizes Milliard Diamond Concierge to designate a carrier of their choosing for your shipment. The “Designated Carrier” will act as the recipient’s agent with relative customs and tax authorities in the destination country.
If you refuse a shipment from Milliard Diamond Concierge, you are responsible for all charges that are incurred on the package. Custom and final sale items refused by the recipient will not receive any monetary refund.
