¿Cuál es su política de devolución y cambio?
Milliard Diamond Concierge ofrece cambios previa aprobación en forma de crédito en la tienda para los artículos elegibles. El cliente debe comunicarse con nuestro equipo para enviar una solicitud de cambio dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la compra. Los cambios aprobados se aceptan solo para artículos comprados en línea o en nuestra sala de exposición de Dallas. Los productos grabados personalizados y todos los productos personalizados son VENTA FINAL y no son elegibles para cambio.
Los artículos deben estar sin usar, sin estrenar y en su embalaje original para poder optar a la devolución. Si nos devuelven un artículo enredado, dañado o sin su embalaje original, es posible que deba pagar una tarifa de reparación o de materiales, que se deducirá de su reembolso. No reembolsamos el costo del envío, a menos que el artículo se haya enviado por error.

¿Cómo limpio mis joyas?
Los métodos de limpieza varían según el tipo de piedra. Para limpiar sus diamantes y oro, le recomendamos sumergir la pieza en nuestro limpiador de joyas en espuma durante unos minutos y luego frotarla suavemente con un cepillo de dientes de cerdas suaves. Recomendamos que un profesional limpie e inspeccione su diamante una vez cada seis meses. Recomendamos que lo inspeccionen de inmediato si sufre algún tipo de traumatismo, como una caída o un golpe contra una superficie dura. ¡No! Trabajamos virtualmente con clientes de todo el país todo el tiempo.
¿Cómo canjear joyas por crédito?
Pesaremos su oro e inspeccionaremos la calidad y el estado de sus piedras y le cotizaremos un monto en créditos. Luego, podrá utilizar ese crédito para cubrir el costo de una nueva pieza. Si tiene suficiente oro, podemos analizar la posibilidad de fundirlo y refinarlo para incluirlo en su nueva pieza.
¿Debo hacer ejercicio con mi anillo de compromiso?

Ofrecemos todos nuestros diseños en cualquier peso en quilates. Consideramos que el peso en quilates más popular para las pulseras de tenis es entre 1 y 5 quilates.
