Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
It is our top priority to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order!
- We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery date with receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on milliarddiamondconcierge.com or in our Dallas showroom only. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
- Engraved, custom, and personalized products (including initials, birthstones, lettering and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- If an item arrives back to us tangled, damaged or without its original packaging, you may be subject to a repair or materials fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense). Milliard Diamond Concierge reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Fine jewelry is delicate by nature and should be worn with care; in order to extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these instructions:
- Lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and scratching in the evenings.
- Take your jewelry off before showering, working out, sleeping, etc.
- Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfume, hair spray, lotion, household cleaning products, etc.

- Have a professional inspect your jewelry every 6 months to ensure all stones are secured, clasps are operating properly, and for any other damage.
