What’s Your Return & Exchange Policy?
Milliard Diamond Concierge offers exchanges upon approval in the form of store credit for eligible items. Customer must contact our team to submit a request for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased online or in our Dallas showroom only. Custom engraved products and all personalized products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging in order to qualify. If an item arrives back to us tangled, damaged or without its original packaging, you may be subject to a repair or materials fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless the item was sent in error.
Do You Offer Repairs?
Accidents happen – we get it! We are happy to repair your pieces for you. Contact us for more information.
Should I Insure My Jewelry?
We highly recommend that you insure your high value jewelry pieces. We recommend Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group – the leading insurer in the industry.
How Do I Clean My Jewelry?
Cleaning methods will vary based on the type of stone. To clean your diamonds and gold, we recommend soaking the piece in our foaming jewelry cleaner for a few minutes and then gently scrubbing it with a soft bristle toothbrush. Shop our Milliard Foaming Jewelry Cleaner here.
We recommend having your diamond professionally cleaned and inspected once every six months. We recommend having it inspected immediately if it undergoes some form of trauma, like being dropped or hit against a hard surface. We offer complimentary inspection services for pieces purchased from us. Please contact us for more information.
Would I have to come to your showroom for a custom piece?
No! We work virtually with clients around the country all the time.
How do you trade jewelry in for credit?
We will weigh your gold and inspect the quality and condition of your stones and will quote you a credit amount. You can then use that credit toward the cost of a new piece! if you have enough gold we can discuss melting it down and refining it to be included in your new piece.
Should I workout in my engagement ring?
Absolutely not.
Do you actually make the tennis bracelets and custom jewelry? Or does someone else?
Our in-house master jeweler sets and Milliard sources all gemstones and diamonds used.
Carat weight you would recommend for an everyday tennis bracelet? What is the most popular weight?
We offer all of our designs in any carat weight. We find the most popular carat weight for tennis bracelets is between 1 and 5 carats.
