Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

It is our top priority to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order!

  • Non-personalized items qualify for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Store credit or exchange is available within 30 days of purchase. Engraved, custom, and personalized pieces (including custom sizes, initials, birthstones, and lettering) are final sale — no returns or exchanges. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on milliarddiamondconcierge.com or in our Dallas showroom only. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
  • If an item arrives back to us tangled, damaged or without its original packaging, you may be subject to a repair or materials fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense). Milliard Diamond Concierge reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Gold Credit

Gold credit values will remain valid for a period of five business days. Upon the conclusion of this period, we reserve the right to recalibrate the gold credit based on the current market value.

Quotes & Orders

Price quotes are valid for 7 days. Invoices unpaid after 7 days will be canceled. Custom projects will be completed approximately 4–6 weeks from time of payment.
