It is our top priority to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order!

  • We offer a full refund on non-personalized pieces within 14 days of purchase or delivery date. Once it has past that timeline, we offer exchanges or store credit for your order. Engraved, custom, and personalized products (including initials, birthstones, lettering and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on or in our Dallas showroom only. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
  • If an item arrives back to us tangled, damaged or without its original packaging, you may be subject to a repair or materials fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense). Milliard Diamond Concierge reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
